Meet the client at the airport or station with an A4 sign.
Help with luggage when needed.
Do not impose conversation; play music only at the client's request. No smoking in the car.
Confident, calm driving style in full compliance with traffic rules.
Fill in the route sheet as required.
Vehicle requirements
Compliance with the requirements stated in the order.
Excellent technical condition, safety and immaculate appearance.
Clean inside and out, free of any odours.
All seats equipped with seat belts; a child seat provided on pre-order.
First-aid kit, fire extinguisher, warning triangle, spare wheel and valid insurance on board.
